Venue Visit is an iOS app for event planners and coordinators that maintains a portfolio of their venue visits and client events. Venue Visit easily enables presenting the relevant venues to their clients for consideration for their events.
Venue visits are created from images in the device’s photo library or on the fly while at the venue with the device’s camera. With location services turned on, it will also capture the venue’s address automatically. Simply add new room(s), then add or take photos and provide their descriptions. All photos taken are also saved to the device’s camera roll.
A venue visit is fully maintainable by adding/deleting rooms to/from a site, adding/deleting photos to/from a room, moving photos from and to rooms, and of course modifying descriptions and contacts.
Events are easily added with the name of the event, the client’s name and dates of the event. An event logo, that will be featured on the cover page of a PDF report, can be added as well.
Simply drag a venue visit to an event to enable the generation of the PDF report that can be printed via e-print directly from the device or emailed to a client. Drag as many venues as needed to an event to include them in the PDF report for the client’s consideration.
